  1. It was probably a mini stroke. I have observed someone have one. They can last not even a minute. And the person I saw have one… denied anything happened. So it must not be painful and the person wasn’t changed after the mini stroke and didn’t have another one. MM had been in the hospital, it could be from lying on a hospital bed. He should retire and move to Florida, or Martha’s Vineyard next to Obama. They could swap DC stories, write a book together….Partners, and Dirty Tricks in D.C……OMG it would make millions!!!
