  1. No country that is receiving aid and loans from the UN should be on the permanent security council. That would the fox guarding the hen house. And two countries in BRICS are on the permanent security council Russia and China. They now have a conflict of interest, since BRICS is setting itself up as a competitor to the U.S. . BRICS still wants aid and loans from the UN, IMF, and World bank, which the U.S. is a very large contributor to. The U.S. should not aid competitors. The U.S. should not fund any BRICS members. Trade not aid.
