  1. No one says no to the World Bank and the IMF. Why? Because they are taxpayer backed loans… countries can stiff them and not pay back the loans! Just like the Dodd-Frank mortgage debacle. Only US taxpayers loose! Any country will nab a loan where they can stiff US taxpayers!
