  1. Thank you for this report. Since France was also in Asian countries there could be other countries that have business ties with France…. ie Vietnam. And since the UN’s permanent 5 board security council includes France, it certainly makes you wonder why certain countries are chosen for loans or for war. For instance… why was the US in Vietnam? Was it really about communism… or was it to protect Frances business interests in Vietnam. Ditto for Africa… which countries receive aid and why. It sounds like which countries receive aid depends on which security council member is receiving money from that country. Please do more of these reports! No wonder France can give free medical and retirement benefits to it’s citizens…. And then US taxpayers and soldiers fight Frances wars!!

  2. Great report. This is a fascinating report on the intertwined relationships between African countries and their ex colonial countries. The problem with disconnecting is the African countries government and the ex colonial government depend on one another for protection and stability. Disconnecting will require a coup! Do other countries have this same type of relationship with the UK, Portugal or Germany? And I read that when the European countries withdrew there were contracts drawn up concerning the banks, so that must have been the start of the government to government cooperation. That might have also happened in South American countries also.

  3. Why are US taxpayers giving billions of dollars to a rich continent? They should be sending aid to the U.S.! We are trillions in debt from giving so much aid and fighting other nations wars!

  4. The US is in Africa protecting Europe’s business interests…not ours. All US military bases should be removed… get out of Africa, and stop all aid. Clans, tribes, cultures, governments, ethnicities, religions, races….spells massive corruption… trade not aid….with Africa… they are trying to attach themselves to the US taxpayers…the UN’s Global Equity and Climate Change Agenda 2030… you better read about the 2-3 trillion a year they want the US taxpayers to pay them so they can flourish!! No US taxpayers money for loans either… they expect them to be FREE loans! Africa is in BRICS now… let Russia and China fund them!!!
