  1. I think a better way to view DEI , is as an army for the democrat party. This army is trained to do one thing…obey the democrats. That’s it, because if you obey.. everything is paid for and you will be guaranteed money for life, no work or skills necessary. DEI is affirmative action 2.0….expanded identity groups. They are placed first in personnel hiring departments, Human Resources, both in the government and private sectors. And then more and more are placed in positions of power within organizations. They have the power then to choose labor wages, resources used, products and services. Facebook, and Twitter have both confirmed the role of government within their ranks.
