You are exactly right… no one can do it more efficiently. But that’s not the issue for Biden/Kerry… they want the US to be limited to how much energy the US may use. It will be dictated by the UN (Net Zero Carbon). If the UN can decide how much energy each country is allowed to have.. no country can become more powerful then the UN (Global government)… It’s laid out in the UN’s Global Equity and Climate Control Agenda 2030. It’s the roadmap to global governance.
