  1. This is the exact same thing the government did that created the 2008 financial housing and junk bond collapse… how short can memories be! If you don’t have enough money to own a home without help from the government… you will loose the house… a mortgage payment is only ONE bill on a stack of other bills to remain in the house! I can’t believe it…surely they are kidding. Color of buyer makes no difference… it’s how much money you have to pay monthly bills.. Taxpayers back those loans just like student loans!!!!!!😮
