  1. The individual who signed for the loan is responsible for the loan….the individual should have choose a degree before he choose a university. If the individual has been thinking why he took out … he should have a direction. That is not the universities responsibility. The universities may lure people with these loans… but it’s the students responsibility to choose a major that will get him a job. The student isn’t a victim in this story… it’s the taxpayer….their money should never be given out as investment money to privileged groups.
