  2. I think a lot of countries will launch "Marshall plan" programs solely for Ukraine. China will probably have its own. too, because Ukraine is a critical geoeconomic junction at the end of the day, and the CCP obviously knows this. Although, China might also do the same for a post-war Russia in a different way.
