  2. They have tortured many Russian soldiers. The conditions Wagner forces them into are against every international convention. In this case, it was a Russian Colonel who was stationed at Bakhmut. They not only capture & torture official enlisted troops but also an officer as high-ranking as a Colonel. How is Russia even considered a Great Power with a military force like this?
