  1. Small nuance: All of this is valid as to how the law currently exists and interacts with art and the internet. New legal interpretations or new laws can be made that completely change everything. Or it could be smaller, incremental changes that build up (ie: the court ruling that AI-generated "art" cannot be copyrighted because it was generated from already copyrighted art).
