  4. Good point with the second part but the first part isn't as relevant because congestion pricing also makes public transit better. It's a win-win situation either way.

  5. Congestion pricing has a knock on effect on making public transit better. This is important because Yup, most New Yorkers take the crumbling transit on top of having overburdened roads.
