  4. Mass arresting people even just for having a tattoo or being related to a gang member is not law and order. The failures of the state don't justify dictatorship. You claim "some innocents" but journalist find that about a 1/3 are unjustly imprisoned. CECOT hold 40,000 people, meaning around 13,000 might just be innocent. So even by realpolitik standards, the means do not justify the end.

Russian peacekeepers (an oxymoron, yes) are useless and spineless. The West and Turkey are pro Azerbaijan. France is an exception, but France won't help protect the Armenia.

  15. Kinda paradoxical how, for a country to get rich, they need to foster an educated, productive populus. Yet, a country also needs lots of people for manpower, meaning high birth rates are key. But a more educated population with higher productivity is less likely to start families and raise children, meaning less manpower in the long term. This is the strange feedback loop that most developed countries have been mired in.

  21. The sad thing about all of this is that these countries are so racists because of their history. Most of them were conquered and colonized by many different great powers, most recent Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia. Research has shown that historically downtrodden people are the most prone to polarizations and extremism. That's why the AFD is proliferating in Eastern Germany, and why MAGA is so widespread in American red states.
