The so called Mr Negotiator already gave these concession to Russia from the get-go: recognition of occupied territory as Russian, no NATO membership or no US security guarantee for Ukraine, no US peacekeepers, removal of US troops from the Baltics, decrease of forces in Europe, and sanctions relief. Yet Russia is making ZERO concessions. Moreover, Trump called President Zelenskyy a dictator + the aggressor of the war, and is now blackmailing him for 50% for Ukraine rare earth minerals. The US is now no different from Russia.
