  2. Honestly speaking, Biden is the only President that practically pivoted to Asia/China. The First Island Chain has become insanely militarized and a successful technological trade war has been waged. But if a world war in Europe or the ME breaks out, the US will get dragged in one way or another. So the only way to maintain our pivot to Asia and keep China contained is to flood Ukraine with arms and stabilize* the ME. That way, if anything pops off, we will be in a much better position to act.

  4. Yup. Meanwhile, President Biden said boots on the ground if China invades. WH walked it back every time he said it for the sake of strategic ambiguity, but the message was clear. China's strongest years were during the Trump years, and during the Biden years, China was falling off. I have no confidence for Trump version 2.
