  1. Yup. Harris was never the radical candidate that she portrayed as. She campaigned with Liz and Dick Cheney and was endorsed by Arnold Schwarzenegger for crying out loud. She was firmly advocating for a strong military posture, constantly talking about the Constitution, and touting her record as prosecutor. 20 years ago that would be a Republican campaign. Some say this reduced turnout for the left-wing of the Democratic Party.

  2. We are a country that votes on vibes. Trump has successfully turned "liberal" or "Democrats" into unappealing words. He is most successful at rebranding things.

  3. I like that but we just finished warning America about Project 2025 as best we could and they said we were "fearmongering". People just won't listen until it is too late.

  4. It's complicated. On one hand, pollsters have gotten it wrong for the unteenth time, and this time, even the Iowa "Nostradamus" got it wrong. On the other hand, millions swore that the "understood the assignment" and that they hated Trump, but still voted for him. Polls aren't meant to factor in deception. As for how did non-pollster Alan Lichtman got it wrong? America changed too much for his keys not to be seen differently.
