  6. Actually, the real reason is because Iran is desperate not to escalate in the Levant. They essential told Hezbollah that they are on their own. Meanwhile, to disprove the weapons capacity issue theory, Russia is sending the Houthis supersonic glide cruise missiles that can actually hit US Navy ships. This could actually change the security dynamic of the whole Suez Canal, Red Sea, & Bab Al-Mandeb.
