  1. Ukrainian skies are being constantly assaulted by Russian barrages, so traveling by air is not smart (MH17-incident was foreshadowing). So "Iron Diplomacy" is the smart option. Russia wouldn't dare attack by the Polish border when world leaders visit. If they assassinate a NATO head of state, that's a declaration of war with the Alliance. The Kremlin is crazy but even they don't want WW3. (It's still smart to minimize risks while traveling on trains, tho.)
