  1. Actually, most Ukrainian refugees overwhelmingly want to return to their homeland once free and peaceful. And I presume Russians that have fled would want to return -- that is, if there was a change in government and better opportunities.

  13. Maybe this is why Putin's mobilization has disproportionately targeted minorities. Autonomous entities no longer have the power to resist such abuses from Moscow.
