Because of RealLifeLore, I have started to look for demographics, geographic anomalies, and lasting trade routes to help me get a better grasp of a country's geopolitics and historical development. Although one thing left out is the logistical reality that oil and natural gas are limited non-renewable resources. Therefore, sometime in this century, the Sauds won't have enough natural resources to export or use -- meaning no more unlimited wealth and no more unlimited energy supply.
