  4. Even worse, it is making it vague and leaving it up to lower courts. Meaning, a future district judge could rule that so-and-so is an official act. It can be used as a blank check.

  5. You don't listen do you. Limited as in: full immunity for official acts; no immunity for unofficial acts. So there is a limit. The problem is that limit is a very blurred line.

  7. Thanks for nothing. This is such a cop out ruling. Well, whatever. It's not justice, but Jack Smith can work with this. The problem is the case will drag on until after the election (like many predicted). If he wins, Trump could theoretically try to pardoning himself.

  8. Do you not know how these judges are appointed and confirmed in the first place???? It's always been political. And when Congress got polarized, the Supreme Court followed suit, because Trump had 3 appointments, then Biden had one to replace Breyer.
