To be fair, thanks to Musk/Trump/Vance, Merz is rejecting his long held transatlantic stance and is calling for a stronger, independent Europe. That being said, IDK if this applies to American companies too and not just American politicians.

It's crazy how many people in the comments are trying to rationalize their support of neo-Nazis. You got beef with establishment parties? Perfectly reasonable. But that doesn't mean voting for the rebranded fascism. At least in America we have the excuse of only have two viable parties so it's either vote or stay home, but Germany could have had a viable third party but Germans chose to have the third party be the fing AfD?

@PiratePrincessYuki As an American, you clearly have no idea what you talking about since corporate democrats still represent half of the party with the Progressives taking several blows this election. Meanwhile, the Republicans have achieved fascism after 50 years of overton window shifting. Finally, there is no such thing as the American far left in politics because here we have so thoroughly disenfranchised the communists and socialists.
