This looks at lunar exploration in a vacuum without fully recognizing the scopes of space telescopes, stellar-related missions, agendasbeyond the moon, rocket technology, and accessibility. With that rubric, the Western-led effort is obviously punching well above China's weight, despite the NCSA's exploration effort, temporarily out-performing NASA's Artemis program.
