  2. And then the bloody Libyan Civil War because a proxy war in the large cold war between Turkey and Russia. Foreign interventions saved Libya from Gaddafi, but it also cursed Libya into downward spiral of chaos. This was also another failure of Obama's "Strategic Patience" doctrine.
