  3. The world needs more Luigis. Insurance companies are just gonna keep doing this as climate change creates catastrophic natural disasters. And it was unchecked corporate greed that irreversibly damaged the planet in the first place. I have a solution for insuring disaster prone areas not being a profitable: Nationalization. Turn them into public non-profits.
