  4. If you are talking about Trump, it's because of his political presence. Prosecutors are being methodical so they can make sure they lock his ass up for good. Then again, even incarcerated, he can still rule as president behind bars (or try to pardon himself). On the other hand, Sam Bankman-Jailed is dumb and without allies.
