  1. The solution is to make the fine match the crime and the wealth of the criminal. The SEC fined a SPAC $18M for fraud involving billions. They should have fined it $300 million to $1 BILLION! That's justice! Then they should use that to fund the government's non-defense spending (instead of relying on overburdened taxpayers).
