  2. I don't have a problem with the justice system upholding an app ban*. But I do when the same system turns a blind eye to Meta and Twitter. Plus, where was this anti-foreign interference energy when Russia was sending in bomb threats to terrorize voters in Atlanta and Philadelphia.

  6. Sooooo the Administrative State is dead, unless it's for the sake of "national security." It's unconstitutional to ensure clean air or forgive student loans, but it's completely fine to ban an app out w/o strict scrutiny. Crazy country we got here.
