  1. Imagine undoing Roe after it was built on decades of privacy cases, and several equal rights cases had already been decided upon. Then claim the reason why you claim it down is that it was "egregiously WrOnG" and that 50 years of precedent doesn't matter (even that's a full 1/5 of the Constitution's lifespan). Alito might as well wrote, "I am a partisan, pro-life hack that cannot be trusted to look neutrally and objectively at the Constitution, legal precedents, civil liberties, and unenumerated rights." The extremist Justices that currently occupy our SCOTUS also violated a fundamental human right; the right to health is a human right (and restricting access to abortion is tantamount to restricting a person's access to medical care).

  2.  @CRazY-zp3sk  Next thing you know, if the Republicans empower the extremist justices any further, they will be going after the 14 Amendment. Trying to call it "egregiously WrOnG" and the originalists (ie: Clarence Thomas) will say that "it didn't exist when the country was founded so it shouldn't exist now". (Uncle Ruckus acting ass)
