  1. Honestly, the one ruling that needs to be overturned is Marbury v. Madison. That single court ruling gave the Supreme Court dictatorial powers over the law. It made the Supreme Court the most powerful branch and protected it from checks & balances. Judicial review is important, but the courts shouldn't be able to single handedly rewrite the Constitution and the laws enacted by Congress.
