  1. An Idea for future Pentagon: Navy 'SEALS' should mean "by SEa, Air, Land, & Space". (SeALs -> SeALS) PS: I have no how a maritime force is supposed to project power in space, but I'm sure the DoD will figure that out.

  2. The first evolution into Space Warfare will start with Low-Earth Oribit. But what about Deep Space? I know the Space Force under the Trump Administration were aiming to "put boots on the moon" or something(classical American ambiguity). But what are their objectives under Biden Administration when it comes to Deep Space aspirations? It seems that those sort of endevours are being held up by the budding commercial space industry and the established agencies (ie: NASA, ESA, CSA, JAXA,...) But imagine this (w/ a dash of hope)... it is later along the line of the 21st Century's Space Race; a POTUS has won w/ promises of "securing" the moon (orsomething); cold war vibes lead public to be invested; NASA is well funded; Congress seem to be surprisingly consistent... What would The Unites States' Armed Forces' objective be when it comes to the topic of Deep Space -- particularly, the moon (potentially with a "Guardian's" boots put on it).
