  1. Backdoor union? IDK how to feel about that. I'll admit, it would be great for Kosovo, especially because the Albanians don't threaten their existence. Also, independence would lead to isolation but integrating into Albania would give Kosovo access to an already internationally recognized platform. On other hand, my fear is that this deal would not be a sweet one, but one of reluctance. Living under one oppressive central government would make any minority uneasy and untrusting of many central/federal governments. Lastly, it will be interesting to observe the international community's reaction to this unusual solution.
