In fact, France's imperialism in Africa is actually proving more effective than the US's turning efforts towards the continent. Although,... when it comes to neo-colonialization, China is the Kingpin.

  9. Sure. But don't undervalue the American Empire -- from Puerto Rico to Guam. A lot more ethical than the modern French Empire, but America committed multiple atrocities and fought many wars to get these lands and keep them.
