  4. If Ukraine was a member of NATO right now, we wouldn't even be having a conversations about potential conflict. Ukraine joining NATO will secure peace in that region. Because Putin knows that NATO has no interest in invading Russia, and Putin would never invade a country that's a member of NATO. Putin has beaten off more than his tiny little body can chew or digest.
