  3.  @nn-jv4kv  According to the Supreme Court it is a problem. Whenever you lose the right to decide what happens to you in your personal and private life, it becomes a Constitutional problem.

It's still politicians making decisions for you in your own home. It's the most un-American thing I've ever heard of.
