Pence seems like the type of guy that doesn't want to wear a mask, but at the same time, has a phobia about being completely nude, like Tobias from Arrested Development, who famously suffers from the syndrome known as "Never Nude" in which he has a crippling fear of being naked. He deals with that anxiety by wearing denim cut-off shorts at all times, even in the shower. 😂 😂
