  2. If Trump truly cared about justice, he would turn himself into the SDNY, and admit to running a CCE, a Continuing Criminal Enterprise for more than 30 years. Because that's essentially what the Trump organization has been about from the very beginning. He has now added the White House to his criminal organization.

  3.  @decus9544  Exactly. I personally don't believe that it was premeditated. Plus he could actually walk on a charge of 1st degree murder if just one juror has reasonable doubt. Charging him with 1st degree is one thing,  proving it is going to be extremely difficult when they would have to prove that it was premeditated. It's not about what you feel, it's what you can prove.

  5. @Revolutionary Man 1st degree would be a mistake. It's like baseball. If it's the bottom of the 9th, the score is tied, and the bases are loaded, and you're up to bat, you don't need to go for the fence, and take a chance on striking out, or hitting a pop up fly, when a base hit wins the game.
