He passed away in Columbus — exactly a month after firing off angry messages on social media about the the virus and being quarantined. He called “bulls–t” on Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine’s stay at home order and closing bars and restaurants. “He doesn’t have that authority. If you are paranoid about getting sick just don’t go out. It shouldn’t keep those of us from living our lives. This madness has to stop" he wrote. He tested positive for the coronavirus in late March and passed away on April 15. “Does anybody have the guts to say this COVID-19 is a political ploy? Asking for a friend. Prove me wrong,” he wrote on March 13. COVID-19: "Please inform your "friend" that I am very real, and that he has been proven wrong."
