Make no mistake, Trump's vitriolic rhetoric is responsible for the deaths of those people.  The shooter is a follower of Trump,  just like the Neo-Nazi who plowed his car into a crowd of people, and taking a life in Charlottesville.  But simply doesn't care how much damage and destruction he causes, just as long as he can say he won.  Trump went to Pittsburgh simply to gloat at the destruction his mouth has caused.
