And if were not for that stubborn constitution,😠 the rule of law, 😠and the free press,😠 he would be living the dictator's dream right now.   2. Fun fact: Past presidents have been shot for far less than what Trump has done. Just thought I'd put that out there. So as far as I'm concerned, if a president can be shot, then a president can definitely be indicted as well. If there's ever been a sitting President that deserves to be indicted, it's this one. And he deserves to be indicted on multiple charges, from tax evasion, money laundering, bank fraud, tax fraud, wire fraud, witness tampering, obstruction of justice, to conspiring with a hostile country against the United States.
