  1. Why does the Republican party find it so hard to do the right thing? The majority of the problems in this country today, can be traced right back to the GOP.  And this is a perfect example. The rot we see in the Republican party today can be defined as institutional depravity. It isn’t an occasional failure to uphold norms, but a consistent repudiation of them. It isn’t about dirty money so much as the pursuit and abuse of power—power as an end in itself, justifying almost any means.

There's the Constitution that was created by our Founding Fathers -- the one we're all familiar with, and then there's the "alternative" constitution, that was apparently created the day that Trump was sworn into office. According to republicans, this "alternative" constitution says that Trunp is above the law, and he can literally do whatever he wants, without consequences, and without ever being held accountable.
