  5. Janet Masiello No, 21 billion is not enough, especially considering the fact that we give more than that to Israel every year. And Israel isn't even part of the US. There is no comparison between what happened in Puerto Rico, and what happened in Florida and Houston. More people died in Puerto Rico than Houston and Florida combined. More than 2 thousand people died in Puerto Rico. And Puerto Rico didn't just have flooding, it was also devastated by hurricane winds, which destroyed it's entire power grid. Not to mention that Puerto Rico doesn't have the type of infrastructure that Houston or Florida has.
