  2. Trump's strategy has been clear from the beginning. He and his sycophants in Congress are telling the American people to ignore everything that you see, and everything that you hear. That's the only strategy you're left with when you have no defense. For me personally, I've always had a hard time ignoring facts, and it's virtually impossible for me to ignore what's right in front of my face, and I can see it with my own eyes. However Trump's supporters have the uncanny ability to ignore facts and things that they can see with their own eyes, and hear with their own ears.  They will literally ignore a turd (the turd representing Trump) that's in the middle of their living room floor. They'll hop over it, and walk around it all week, and just pretend it isn't there.
