  2. Trump is essentially a 73 year old who never matured mentally, intellectually, emotionally, and socially past the age of a prepubescent child. It's this lack of growth and cognitive capacity that would lead someone like Trump to believe that he could change the forecasted path of a hurricane by simply drawing on a NOAA map with a sharpie.😂😄 Now who would even think of doing something like that other than a child....and not a very bright child at that.
