  7.  @felwinter7883  Nope. It's definitely the poor housing market of the south. I'm from the south. And most of my aunts and uncles left the south to find better paying jobs in blue states. Half of them have now retired, and bought homes and property in the south. And again, their kids are adults now. So they aren't concerned about having to raise them in the backwards, regressive, racist states of the south.
