  1. Florida is a failed state. And it's Governor, Rick Scott is responsible. He's been the governor since 2011, and did nothing to fix these problems. And now he wants to bring his corruption and dysfunction to the Senate. And Brian Kemp should literally be in prison, and that's not hyperbole.
