  1. That book Trump was holding in front of the church was not the bible after all. It was his original copy of Mein Kampf....signed by the author. Trump is currently working on his own book, in the spirt of Mein Kampf (My Struggle). The title of Trump's book will be "My Tremendous Struggle - more tremendous than yours'" In it, Trump will describe in vague, yet strongly worded details how he has suffered more than Jesus.
