  1. I recently quit Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. I found the relationships to be two-second interactions and they made me feel lonely. I only stay on YouTube because I learn something new every day. But now I get my socialization needs met by a very small group of people -- in person and for more than two-seconds. In these days of social media and Covid-19 isolation, I am surprised that we aren't all massively depressed. I feel for these Japanese who live in a culture that largely ignores their very real problems.
