Becoming physically fit for whatever happens is vital. Two years ago I was prediabetic, had wicked arthritis, high blood pressure, gum disease, 40-pounds of excess fat, you name it. A doctor suggested that I stop driving because my reflexes were so slow. Then I switched from the Standard American Diet to eating the Carnivore diet. Within these past two years all my maladies have reversed and gone away. I am now diagnosis free and take no more medicines. I'm 75, fit, healthy, and clear thinking. I drive with confidence. For me, my survival strategy is to distance myself as much as possible from entrenched systems. Education, nutrition, medical, party politics, and etc., if it is entrenched and profit driven, I run (and now I CAN run again!). The food industrial complex spews lie after lie. If you are unhappy with your state of health and want real success in prepping or just living your best life, no matter your age, look into the benefits of eating only animal protein and fat. There are no essential carbohydrates or fiber. No one ever found a cave painting of a salad. Eat meat!
