Cheese, milk, ice cream, dairy, grains, seed oils, sugar processed foods. After a lifetime of sinus issues I switched to the Carnivore diet. Not only did my sinus snot clear up, but I have a list of more than 20 health issues that improved at least 95%. No more arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, gum disease, and on and on and on. I'm 75 and am enjoying the best health of my life. I'll never go back to eating plants or dairy.
